Following Culinary School Chef Daniel worked at some of Stockholms Top and most cutting edge Restaurants with Sweden’s leading chefs.

With this valuable experience, Chef Daniel fulfilled his dream to travel and cook around the world, including signing with the Award Winning “Sea Goddess 1” Ultra Luxury Mega Yacht, and recently private Superyacht BOLD ranked in the top 20’s in the world of luxury super yachts.

Daniel became a member of The California Mercenary Chefs in 2001, leading to several world tours, food & tv shows, private exclusive diplomatic and celebrity dinners and winning chef of the year in Warsaw, Poland 2008.

From the Monaco Grand Prix, the Cannes Film Festival, Ultra Luxury Caterings for high end brands like Rolex & Louis Vuitton, high end events like LPGA European Tour, European Council meeting and over 700 luxury wedding caterings in South East Asia, Daniel has the experience of some if the highest demanding jobs in the industry.

Whether providing his services on Super Yachts, private jets, luxury villas, in the remote jungles or atop Angel Falls in Venezuela with some of the most famous A-listers in the World, Daniel works with a passion and attention to detail for his multifaceted Unique Cuisine.

Anyone who has had the pleasure of sitting at Chef Daniel’s table, from Sean Connery, Robin Williams, Bill Gates and Alicia Keys to the Swedish Royal Family, understands that the passion Daniel puts into the creation of every dish is born of his rich life experiences.
