Minimum order for any event is 25 guests
Payment and Confirmation
Payment shall be done with bank or crypto currency transfer.
Payer shall scan and email bank transfer slip to verify all confirmed payments.
All transfer fees are covered by the client.
Cost for booking deposit is 20,000 thb.
Full payment minimum 10 days before the event.
Final number and menu changes confirmed latest 14 working days before event.
Cancellation policy
Phuket gourmet catering will refund the deposit in full within 30 days of event, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged of 50 %.
Food tasting
Cost is 1,000 thb / person
If event is confirmed with a deposit paid, food tasting will be without cost for the clients, (maximum 4 guests).
